![]() ![]() I am using Inkscape version 1.1 that I just downloaded today (12 August 2021). Varying pressure on the pen should produce varying results on the screen. No matter what settings I use, no matter what other troubleshooting steps I take, there is no pressure sensitivity. In brush settings you can adjust whatever you want, in your case whichever brush you pick just untick opacity and tick size and inside tick pressure. (Yes, I am aware that Krita is a raster program while Inkscape is vector, but if Inkscape is supposed to allow pressure sensitivity, it should work either way.) ![]() Pressure sensitivity works on Krita, so it's not the tablet. I have tried using the tablet's pressure facility with different settings in the input devices menu (i.e. I have tried using the tablet's pressure facility repeatedly after each of these steps with no change in sensitivity on Inkscape. I have the latest driver software for the tablet installed. I have tried restarting my computer and restarting Inkscape with the tablet connected to my computer. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Inkscape with the tablet connected to my computer. Note Sometimes, people confuse finger-touch styluses with a proper tablet. I have tried modifying the pen settings on the Wacom app with no result. With a properly installed tablet stylus, Krita can use information like pressure sensitivity, allowing you to make strokes that get bigger or smaller depending on the pressure you put on them, to create richer and more interesting strokes. I have the "use pressure sensitive tablet" box checked in the "input devices menu." I am using a MacBook Air with an M1 chip running OS Big Sur 11.4. Pressure sensitivity on my Wacom Intuos S tablet (CTL4100) does not work. ![]()
